I wrote a short blog blurb today about the disconnect between authors and readers. Have a gander and drop me suggestions on how to remove the “dis” from connect.

Welcome to a very exciting moment in my life. I finally have my own author website. It’s taken some time and help (big shout out to Rebbekah White at http://advantagemarketingforyou.com/), but it’s done.
Under the tab “Blog”, I plan to post tidbits learned from research for my work in progress. Nothing that gives away the story, just historical articles you might find interesting. Hover over the tab and an alphabetical list appears (but give me a chance to write the first one!).
All Darlene Williams HF Reviews blog posts have been transferred to this website. They are located under the Tab “HF Reviews”. I will keep the blogspot url, but will post all new reviews on this site. Same as the Blog tab, hover over HF Reviews and a drop-down menu appears.
I always welcome requests from authors for reviews. The Submission Guidelines tab gives full details.
Now the grunt work is done, I’ve got some real work to do. First up, the following reviews:
- At Road’s End by Zoe Saadia
- Gisborne: Book of Pawns by Prue Batten
- White Heart by Sherry Jones
- Isabaeu: A Novel of Queen Isabella and Sir Roger Mortimer by N. Gemini Sasson
- Queen Hereafter by Susan Fraser King
- Bending the Boyne by J.S. Dunn
Do note 4 of the above reviews are Indie authors. Yes, good ones really do exist.
